Every Client is Different

Delegate Select runs its software service for numerous high profile events in the UK and overseas. Below is a selection of clients who use our services and some the ways in which they use them:
	Reed runs our summit service at its annual Network USA and Network Latin America events, bringing together airlines and airports to plan routes throughout the Americas. The service permits attendees to create wish-lists of who they want to meet at the event. Through the web-based administrative interface, the organisers are able to schedule hundreds of meetings in accordance with attendees' preferences at the click of a mouse.
	BPL use our services at a number of their events including their flagship CommsVision Conventions which bring representatives from the world's leading IT companies and their customers together for an intensive three days in Gleneagles, Scotland. Delegates get to hear the latest news from the IT companies as well as participate in small workshop-style "boardroom" sessions and engage in one to one meetings.
	JISC's annual conference in Edinburgh in 2009 attracted over 800 participants from academic institutions and associated organizations around the UK. Attendees registered and profiled themselves online. They chose from a busy program of plenary sessions and parallel workshops and were invited to "ask" speakers a question online when choosing a session. Speakers and workshop leaders could log in and see those intending to come to their session and any questions they had tabled. All attendees were able to view the delegate list online in advance and arrange meetings in the "meeting zone" at the event.
	The US database company Ingres used Delegate Select's service at their corporate partner program in Prague last year. Participants registered, profiled themselves, selected sessions and arranged meetings with each other. After the event, they were able to download speaker presentations and complete a follow-up survey. Ingres User Association also used the service in a similar manner.
	Osney Media events target audiences across multiple sectors, focusing on HR and other issues. They also organize specialist events in such sectors as telecoms and mobile games. Osney runs Delegate Select's event networking service at several of its events. Registrant data is preloaded and registrants are invited to check their contact details, profile themselves, select sessions, indicate meeting availability and arrange meetings with other participants.
	Having had an excellent experience using our service to arrange meetings at their Vision 2020 event in 2008, Business Link Kent asked Delegate Select to provide a complete service for its 2009 event. We created the public website, and handled registration for over 300 exhibitors and 2,000 delegates, as well as a meeting service. On registering, exhibitors paid for their stand online or asked to be invoiced. Once payment had been settled, they chose their stand from an online floor-plan (which the event organizer could modify at will). Exhibitors' profiles and stand locations were visible on the public website. Exhibitors invited registered delegates to meet them on their stands. Delegates registered, profiled themselves and indicated which speaker sessions they planned to attend. They booked appointments with exhibitors and other delegates. They booked and paid online to attend the Networking Breakfast and Gala Dinner. Through the public website, visitors could view exhibitors' profiles and see their stand locations on the floor plan.
	DODS asked Delegate Select to provide a registration, day planning and meeting service for over 9,000 Civil Servants at the prestigious Civil Service Live 2009 events in Gateshead and London. Exhibitors registered and profiled themselves online. Delegates chose sessions from an extensive daily menu of over 70 plenary sessions, workshops and other activities. Visitors to the website were able to filter the list of sessions by theme and activity type. Additionally, Civil Servant delegates could arrange to meet each other at the event.
	The CWC Group runs premier events for the oil and gas industry. They use Delegate Select's service to create an online community among participants at LNG events around the world. Registrants are able to see the details of other delegates prior to the event and send messages to each other through the system with a view to arranging meetings "offline" at the event itself. Registrants have their own mailbox where they can view all messages sent and received.
	Oxford Global runs a number of specialist events in the UK and Europe for the pharmaceutical industry. Delegate Select creates websites for these events where attendees can register, profile themselves and pay online. Prior to the event, delegates and sponsors create online wish-lists of potential meeting partners. Their preferences are used by the organizer to schedule meetings at the event. All participants can print off a personalized itinerary showing their meetings overlaid on the conference program.
	Elite International Careers organizes international career events where companies (prospective employers) and candidates are brought together for a packed schedule of job interviews. Using Delegate Select's online service, candidates confirm their contact details via a multi-lingual website and respond to invitations for interviews selecting times in prospective employers' diaries. All candidates and companies receive personalized itineraries. At the event itself, Elite staff use our on-line administrative tools to schedule "ad hoc" meetings for companies and candidates. Automatic notifications are sent out by SMS. Follow-up reports tell Elite how many of the scheduled interviews actually took place.
	Media Generation used Delegate Select's service at both its Waterfront 2008 conference and its All-Energy 2009 exhibition. At All-Energy, over 4,500 exhibitors and delegates were invited to profile themselves and communicate with each other prior to, during and after the event.
	The Executive Network is a private network of over 500 UK executives that uses Delegate Select's Core Community service. It is a trusted network and admittance is by invitation only. Members are able to search the network and broadcast messages to the whole network, parts of it, or to individual members, proffering information of interest or soliciting advice and assistance. The service provides many additional features including forums, a document repository, a bulletin board and an event calendar with one-click registration.
