Delegate Diary permits delegates to set up their own diaries and request appointments of other attendees. It has been designed with large conferences and exhibitions in mind where delegates book one-to-one meetings with exhibitors, conference sponsors or, if the event organizer desires, with other delegates. Powerful search and filtering tools enable delegates to find precisely the business partners they are seeking.
ADMINISTRATORS SET UP THE DIARY FRAMEWORK
Permit a registrant to request appointments with any other delegate or just with a subset that you define (e.g. exhibitors, sponsors, core members, speakers and advisory board members, etc).
Block out times at the event when you don't want delegates to arrange meetings.
Set time-out and other defaults for meeting request responses.
