Exhibitor registration and profiling
Customised exhibitor registration and profiling forms enable you to capture as much information about your exhibitors as you wish. Supplementary forms can be quickly set up for the input of stand requirements, staff personnel etc. Exhibitor registration can be linked to online payment and stand selection from the dynamic floor plan.
Visitor registration and profiling
Customised visitor registration and profiling forms enable you to capture as much or as little information about attendees at your event as you wish. Supplementary forms can be quickly set up for the input of hotel, flight information or other data.
Conference agenda with session selection
You have full control over the published content of your conference agenda, with the ability to make changes at any time. Define single or multi-stream programs. Set session attendance limits. Display speaker profiles. Enable attendees to ask speakers a question. Permit speakers to see attendees who have booked into their session. Produce reports of session attendees and numbers.
Dynamic floor plans
Our dynamic floor plans put you well and truly in the driving seat. Through a web-based Flash component, you may split, merge, add and remove stands at will, right up to the day of your event. Your exhibitors can select their stands online. When doing so, they can see the selections made by other companies. Their stand location can immediately be made visible to visitors to your event website with no publication process.
Payment
Optionally set up payment for exhibitors, visitors or both. Quickly define and update your "products", prices, discounts and promotions. When you use our payment service to collect payment online, we connect our payment process to your preferred payment gateway (e.g Worldpay, Secpay, PROTX, Paypal). We also give you the option to invoice your exhibitors (and delegates) and record the receipt of payment.
Exhibitor lead retrieval
Providing that your badges contain a barcode with a person's registrant id, you can re-sell our exhibitor lead retrieval service to your exhibitors. We provide you with a hand-held scanner for each exhibitor. They scan the badges of visitors to their stand and return the scanners to us at the end of the exhibition. Within 24 hours of receipt, the exhibitors can log on through our web-based portal to view, print and export to Excel the details of their visitors.
Meeting service
Our meeting service is simple to use and integrates smoothly with the conference program. Some customers who already have their own registration sites buy just this single service from us. With our meeting service, visitors can book appointments with exhibitors. On a case by case basis, exhibitors can be permitted to invite a specified number of visitors to meet them on their stand. You may choose to provide a "meeting zone" at your exhibition and use our service to enable participating visitors to arrange meetings with each other.
Personalised itineraries
At any time prior to the event, attendees can print off a personalised itinerary of the conference agenda highlighting the sessions they have chosen to attend and details of any confirmed meetings. If you have a laptop or kiosk and a printer onsite, this facility can be made available to attendees at the event itself.
Web-based administrative desktop
All our customers are provided with an advanced web-based desktop that permits them to view registrant data at a glance, broadcast emails and SMS messages, update website content and email templates, produce reports and export data.
