Conference Service

Our service can be used to handle any size of conference. We provide a full service from registration through to badging. Even if you have your own event website with registration and payment in place, then please consider adding our highly acclaimed meeting service to it. Below are some of the features available to you.
Attendee registration and profiling
Customised registration and profiling forms enable you to capture as much or as little information about attendees at your event as you wish. Supplementary forms can be quickly set up for the input of hotel, flight information or other data.
Conference agenda with session selection
You have full control over the published content of your conference agenda, with the ability to make changes at any time. Define single or multi-stream programs. Set session attendance limits. Display speaker profiles. Enable attendees to ask speakers a question. Permit speakers to see attendees who have booked into their session. Produce reports of session attendees.
Payment
Quickly define and update your "products", prices, discounts and promotions. When you use our payment service to collect payment online, we connect to your preferred payment gateway (e.g Worldpay, Secpay, PROTX, Paypal). We also give you the option to invoice delegates and record the receipt of payment.
Badging
If you have your own badging software, simply export your registrant data to an Excel file through our web-based administrative interface. Alternatively, use our online facility to print registrant badges either singly or in batches. Your badges may contain your logo, a barcode and even a registrant's photo.
Meeting service
Our conference meeting service is simple to use and integrates smoothly with your conference agenda. The service can be set for one group, so that any attendee can meet any other. Or it can be set up with two groups, should, for instance, you wish to only permit meetings between visitors and sponsors. Users are not obliged to set up a diary – instead they can just let the system know which parts of the program they are attending and have their diary automatically maintained behind the scenes.
Personalised itineraries
At any time prior to the event, attendees can print off a personalised itinerary of the conference agenda highlighting the sessions they have chosen to attend and details of any confirmed meetings. If you have a laptop/kiosk and a printer onsite, itineraries can be made available to attendees at the event itself.
Web-based administrative desktop
All our customers are provided with an advanced web-based desktop that permits them to view registrant data at a glance, broadcast emails and SMS messages, update website content and email templates, produce reports and export data.
