Event Online Service

We create your whole event website to your look and feel with graphics and content that you supply to us.
We host the website on our own servers at a secure data center in East London.
All sites include a welcome page and pages for the collection of registration and profiling data. These can be supplemented with as many additional information pages as you desire. Optionally, we can extend the site to cater for payments and invoicing, multi-track and multi-session programs, and either our Structured Networking or Delegate Diary functionality.
Our service enables you to selectively broadcast marketing, notification and follow-up emails to registrants in either HTML or plain text formats.
You are also able to conduct web-based post-event surveys.
 
 THREE LEVELS OF SERVICE 
 Basic: We set up the website for you. We spend half a day training your appointed administrator on how to use our web-based administration tools. We provide ongoing support to your administrator through the completion of your event. 
 Enhanced: We set up the website for you. Under your instruction, we handle all content management and administration including the broadcasting of emails to registrants. 
 Full: We set up the website for you. Under your instruction, we handle all content management and administration including the broadcasting of emails to registrants. We also provide on-site personnel at your event to supervise delegate networking.
