Our badging service is fully integrated with our registration solution – even if you use a third-party provider or an in-house system to collect details of registrants for your event. Provided that your data is either entered into our database by registrants or uploaded to our system using our upload utility, and a badge template is set up, then we can produce badges as printable pdfs (one per badge, or sheets of 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 if you are planning to print onto A4 badge stock on a laser printer. Badges can contain a combination of the following:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Job Title
- Bar Code with unique registration id
- QR Code with encoded data (e.g. Name, Company, Job title, Email address)
- Registrant Photo
- Company Logo
- Registration Type (e.g. “Exhibitor”, “VIP”, “Hosted Buyer”, etc…)
- Event Organizers Logo
Pdfs can be produced with a vertical or horizontal fold, to ensure that badges are identical on front and back when hung on a lanyard.
Badges can be color-coded to distinguish different attendee groups – e.g. buyer, supplier, exhibitor, delegate, speakers, staff – depending on the nature of your event.

If badges are produced with an encoded QR Code, using our badging solution, they can be scanned at your event (as permitted by the organizer). Typically scanning scenarios include:
- Exhibitors or Suppliers collecting leads of potential customers and business partners
- All attendees scanning and collecting each other’s details at peer-to-peer events
- Organizer’s staff recording arrivals, as well as entrants into plenaries, break out sessions and workshops.
Scanned leads can be star-rated and marked against follow-up tags defined by the user.
The app is fully branded and, when added to home screen, will carry your event name and branding, rather than Delegate Select’s.
This app is a web-app (and not a native app that needs to be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play), making it far more accessible and easy to use.
Leads scanned can be synchronized with the registration server when internet is available. Users can access their “My Event” page and will be able to download their scanned leads as an Excel/CSV file.
Authorized companies can have a single or multiple access code. With a single access code, leads scanned by members of the same company will appear against a single user account. With multiple access code each staff member will have their own access code and act independently.
Optionally, all leads scanned can be made visible to the event organizer.
The app can also be used to scan registrants into program sessions.
