We have a number of demos. You will want to see one that most closely resembles the event or events you intend to run.
Please start by filling in the form and letting us know about your plans.
In the message section, tell us the approximate date of your event and projected number of attendees – including visitors and exhibitors, if a tradeshow.
If a virtual event, will your attendees be coming from the same time zone or multiple time zones?
If hybrid, will onsite and remote attendees be arranging one-to-one meetings with each other during the event, or do you envisage, for example, a day or more of physical meetings followed by some days of virtual meetings?
Lastly, will event attendees want to stay in contact throughout the year as members of a virtual community. Conversely, do you have a community of members who will register for multiple events during the year with a single click?
